Born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Sylvia Fountaine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University in 2011 and later returned to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Practice in 2019.

Sylvia began her career as an emergency room nurse, where she gained 8 years of high-acuity clinical experience before transitioning into her role as a Nurse Practitioner. For the past 5½ years, she has dedicated her practice to integrative and aesthetic wellness.

Currently, Sylvia serves as the Wellness Coordinator at Zochi Med Spa & Wellness, where she specializes in:

• Hormone Replacement Therapy for both men and women (Biote, Evexipel, Pro-Pell)
• Medical weight loss and wellness injections
• Sexual wellness (O-Shot, P-Shot, GainsWave, FemiWave)
• IV Nutritional Therapy and regenerative medicine
• Microneedling and PRP for skin and hair restoration

Sylvia is passionate about helping patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and guiding them toward optimal health and vitality.

When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with her family and kids. I find joy in working out, journaling, traveling, and decorating.
